If you aren't properly hydrated, microbes just hang in there instead of getting flushed out. Don't forget: you can go at least seven days without having solid food before you die. Without h2o, you may only last a day or two. Doesn't this make the importance of correct hydration hit home?


The common cold doesn't genuinely have a proper cure. All you have is your own common sense and proper preventative procedures like keeping clean, resting a lot and drinking a good amount of water.
