Try to substitute lower fat margarines for butter and switched to healthy olive oil instead of saturated oils when you cook. Use natural spices and herbs to add more flavor to your dishes. Finally, stay away from junk food as it only does more harm for your cellulite.

Besides eating right, it is also a good habit to increase the blood circulation of your skin cells. You can do this by investing in a skin brush and spending a few minutes to brush your skin daily.
