Depression of The Mind

This is the high time when people must educate themselves about depression. Depression is a disorder of the mind that affects how a person behaves and interacts with people. The mind undergoes a very critical state because he loses interest on everything even on pleasurable activities that he used to enjoy before. Depression has many other signs and symptoms ranging from very simple to most complicated. People suffering from major depression undergo long duration of depression. Depression causes physical health of the victim to deteriorate due to a loss of appetite.


If you want to overcome depression symptoms, you must know what depression is in its true meaning. Create awareness if you find that someone around you is depressed. Try to image how the depressed mind thinks by putting yourself in their position. Depressed people might not like to share their reason of depression with anyone. It is your duty to find out the true reason by all means if you want to find the solution to it. Medication and therapy are common means of treating depression but latest research shown exercise to prove effective in fighting depression.


There are three kinds of depression namely, major depression, dysthymia and bipolar depression. Depression is common amongst adults but also amongst children of age 13 to 19. This is because this age is their teenage. Teenagers suffer from lot of complexities due to their changing hormones and this later takes the form of distraction. Then it is the distraction that makes them suffer from depression. Then the later stage of it becomes life threatening if not treated early.
