Weight Loss - Are You The Idiot Type?

You probably know you are the idiot type with weight loss. Confirm it with this read.


WARNING: This article contains direct self criticism pointed directly at you. You may feel put down after reading this. It is however for your own good. This article has what you will need to lose weight but it is painfully pointed at you.

Have you had difficulty losing weight? Perhaps have you lost a few pounds and then reverted to putting weight back on, more than what you started with? Do you sit on your butt wondering why this vicious cycle continues?


If you answered yes to the above questions it is likely that you are an idiot! You are the idiot type when it comes to fat loss. There are several reasons why you are classified as a dummy.


First you are just plain stupid because you can't figure out why you can't lose weight. The answer is clear. You eat the wrong way and you sit on your butt trying to figure this all out.


Second, you are a lazy person. You are the type that looks for other people to do the hard work for you. If you could get someone to lose your weight for you, you would gladly pass the job on to them.


Third, you're addicted to a lifestyle that is putting fat on your belly, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms and more. You are addicted to that lifestyle whether it manifests itself by diet or being just plain lazy. (see above paragraph)
